As far as I know, ITU-T's Study Group as well as TSAG, are
closed to general public.
Once policy forum is closed, I think the APNIC EC's role will
be similar to ITU-T's TSAG. It seems to be only EC can decide
what topic will be discussed or not.
An aspect of APNIC operator may be vary on country, scale and
the purpose of a network. On the other hand, an APNIC EC has
only 7 members and half of them are coming from NIR.
Yes, I know APNIC EC members are very experienced and respectable
professionals. But also, I belived the aspect of operators is
wider than EC. I just want to say "I believe Wisdom of Crowds".
