Okay. I understand your point.
Your interpretation for the final /8 policy is "the total of /8
equivalent size of address block" (not a single /8 prefix)
... so 203.119.0.0/16 reserved today will no longer be reserved for
Critical Infrastructure assignments during the final /8 phase.
I was assuming that there will be a specific /8 block reserved for the
final /8 policy, so 203.119.0.0/16 will remain untouched.
(but I could be wrong and see this part is ambigous)
