Yes, from the statistics, me too feel it may be enough space to accomodate
new Critical Infrastructure assignments in the reserved block.

Yes, if we can continue to allow that, I am happy enough.
It doesn't matter where the assignments come from,
actually it would be better if they still come from the reserved block.
So the thing I want to secure is Critical Infrastrucure assignments
from that reserved block are still permitted during the final /8 phase.
Because the final /8 is high unlikely to be a single stand alone /8 block,
according to the policy, it means
'When the total remaining space in the unallocated APNIC address pool reaches a
threshold of a total of one /8'
So the remaining space in the reserved Critical Infrastructure block is very likely
to become a component of the final /8 space. Assignment/Allocation from that block has to
conform with the final /8 policy during final /8 phase, so the policy has
to permit critical infrastructure assignment in order to continue use the CI block
for assignment purpose.
