Subham, as discussed, we appreciate initiative to get more IPv4 resources for APNIC members. However, such prop-149 etc are derogatory and bring discrimination among the members. Any proposal and policy MUST take interest of all members irrespective of size and category. Every member is expected to drive IPv6 deployment and entitled to buy from open market based on business need.
We strongly object such initiative or proposal in present form. Request to review and bring uniformity in ensuring entitlement for additional pools to all members.
Regards Ramesh
