We are experiencing severe traffic degradation of traffic from Meta(Facebook) networks in Delhi/NCR(Peered with Meta at Sify Greenfort DC, Noida over n X 100G) region. Our other POPs (Equinix MB1 DC and STT Chennai 1 DC) are receiving traffic properly without any issues. We have observed this degradation since 30th November 2022. The issue starts right around 1950 IST and ends by 2300 hrs IST.
I tried to reach out to some competing ISPs nearby but received no response from them. I also found out that a local IX by name Extreme has reported the issues at approximately the same times as experienced by my ASN.
There is no credible response from Meta NOC regarding the same. Since we are receiving traffic from other Metros, they feel that this behavior is okay and is not a problem.
Does anyone have any information on this? Are any of you experiencing the same issue?
