Section 5.3 has been removed from version v002 of the proposal (
http://www.apnic.net/policy/proposals/prop-097/prop-097-v002.txt ).
This question is about what is intended for implementation. Are you
looking for a transaction log or are you looking for a normal IANA
registry? The use of the word log implies - to me at least - that
you are looking for a record of allocation events and not for a
statement of the current situation. Is that the case?
It is a registry of allocations. The Reporting Section has been
modified and the word "log" has been removed.
