would you say then that it makes more sense for an Iphil or Sequel
client not to join the confederation as
a) the IP allocation they will get as a confederation member will
probably be non-transferable.
b) Iphil/Sequel can get an IP allocation for their clients based on the
flat $2000 annual fee that each confederation member pays. Iphil can
then pass class C space to their clients for a lesser price.
Or is there some other reason to join the confederation that I am
missing?
