CALL FOR PAPERS
"Information Technology and the Law"
This is to invite you to contribute an article in the forthcoming issue of
our journal, the WORLD BULLETIN. The WORLD BULLETIN is a bimonthly
publication of the Institute of International Legal Studies (IILS),
University of the Philippines Law Center , devoted to the analysis and
documentation of significant changes and trends in the international
situation. Materials published are generally long papers and short
research notes on current world, regional and national events prepared by
IILS staff, faculty members of the University and foreign experts who
contributed articles by invitation.
This particular issue will feature articles solely on "Information
Technology and the Law". Topics are open. If this is of interest to you,
may I ask you to signify your intention to contribute on or before 15
August 1997?
I hope that the full manuscript (not less than 30 pages in length,
double-spaced) will be submitted at the most reasonable time by electronic
mail ( iils at nicole.upd dot edu dot ph) in a format convertible to Microsoft Word
1997. If you prefer to submit by postal mail, I hope the manuscript will
be postmarked on or before the same date.
I hope you will respond favorably to my humble invitation and share with
our readers your talent and expertise.
Very truly yours,
LEO B. MALAGAR
