Yes lets be clear here. The Internet is an open platform so if you want to broadcast something, then please do so without having to ask for someone's permission or thoughts.
If the message is not for you ignore and move on with life. That is how we do things in the Pacific.

Etuate,
Given your background and experience, I am surprised you are being so rude.
I simply suggested that you are asking for information that is likely commercially sensitive, and your question was very broad, and that perhaps you could ask more specific questions, or contact providers directly. I did not dictate anything to you. I made a suggestion.
A mailing list is a discussion-list, and anyone is free to participate in the discussion, so you should be considerate and respectful of others contributions. No one is going to want to help you if you are this rude when engaged in discussion.
I know a lot of people in the Pacific, and few are as rude as you are being right now.

Hi all,
In case you are wondering here is the list charter (rules): https://www.pacnog.org/list-charter.html
Etu,
If this is for your research and if the information is not available publicly, I also think that contacting the service providers directly and explaining to them clearly why you need the data will determine if they will want to share. Hopefully for the sake of research they will.
Fred (at PITA) may be able to help with current contact.
Cheers, Save
