We are an Internet Service Provider.

are M-Net Fiber Fast AS132960 , an ISP in North East India.
on behalf of our esteemed End Customer who is facing this
issues and as a prominent player in the IT Space,
I am sure you will understand , how important is providing
Impeccable Service to you Clients matter.
Let
me take this opportunity to please explain the same in detail.
Our
AS number is AS132960 and we have the following IP Schemes
103.224.184.0/22
45.115.172.0/22
103.96.48.0/22
The
Problem is that when ever we try to access your below URLs , it
does not get displayed and shows error.
We have checked by using a lot of tools and even tried VPN like
TOR, Surfshark , NordVPN and other it is working fine on
other IPs.
This
is clearly a issue with our IP pools being blacklisted by
AS33438 , MAXCDN/Stackpath or blocked , as because through
other IP s its working fine.
We
checked with our upstreams ( trail mail appended below ) .
We
tried reaching out to AS33438 ,
but no response from that end and I would like to request the
community to please help us on this and help us in
contacting the owner/managing AS 33438 and Server vip0x00f.map2.ssl.hwcdn.net
hosting ip 209.197.3.15
and 151.139.114.0/24 ,
both belongs to same AS33438.
It clearly shows some blockage/
filtering of our AS and IP Pools at your end.Sincerely
