A client (the "Seller") of Levine, Blaszak, Block & Boothby, LLP (the "LB3") is offering for sale a contiguous block of 65,536 legacy / historic IPv4 numbers (the "IPv4 Numbers"). LB3 is a law firm based in Washington, DC, USA.
The IPv4 Numbers are currently registered to the Seller in the WHOIS database maintained by the American Registry for Internet Numbers ("ARIN"), and were originally given to the Seller in the early 1990s. The Seller is not currently using any of the IPv4 Numbers for private network or public routing.
Registration Transfer
The IPv4 Numbers are "legacy" or "historic" numbers and are not currently governed by any registration services agreement with ARIN or any other RIR. At the buyer's option, they are available for registration in the ARIN or APNIC region ("Registration"). The Seller will provide assistance to the buyer to help facilitate the buyer's inter-RIR Registration. Pre-qualified bidders are preferred.
Access to Confidential Offering Material
An interested bidder may receive a fact sheet identifying the IPv4 Numbers and a copy of the Seller's Purchase and Sale Agreement after the interested bidder enters into a non-disclosure agreement with the Seller (the "Mutual NDA").
Good Faith Deposit
The bidder selected by the Seller will be required to make a good faith deposit equal to 10% of the purchase price.
Special Note: Seller reserves the right to solicit and entertain bids from multiple bidders until an offer is accepted by Seller. No offer will be deemed accepted by the Seller until the Seller and the buyer execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement.
