APNIC-transfers
APNIC implemented the IPv4 address transfer policy in February 2010. The goal of the APNIC transfer policy is to help distribute IPv4 addresses from those who no longer need the addresses, to organizations that need the addresses, but cannot obtain them from the free pool. This ensures resources are correctly registered to organizations that are using them. A common challenge APNIC members experience is finding a source for IPv4 transfer. The APNIC Transfer mailing list is one of the services APNIC provides to help Members locate a source and to discuss topics relevant to IPv4 transfers.
