Address sale process update

As advisors to APIDT, KPMG and Maddocks are still working to develop
the terms of the sale of the Trust’s address space holdings. We hope
a proposed process will be ready for announcement by mid-May 2020.
APIDT thanks all interested parties for their patience while this work
is completed.
