The Asia Pacific Internet Development Trust (APIDT) has now opened the second stage of its IPv4 address space disposal, following the successful completion of Stage 1.
https://www.apidt.org/stage-2/
As previously announced, the Trust is releasing its address holdings in 3 stages via a ‘Sale by Tender’ process. The Request for Tender document, Tender Response Form, and Standard IPv4 Address Space Transfer Agreement are now available for Stage 2, here:
https://www.apidt.org/stage-2/
In Stage 2, the block of address space being released will be subdivided into smaller blocks as announced. Tenders may be submitted for one or more (or all) of these blocks:
Stage 2: 43.128/10 Block Size: /14 Number of blocks: 16
Stage 2 will close on 31 August 2020 at 17:00 (UTC+10). Successful tenders will be shortlisted thereafter and it is expected that transfers will be completed by the end of September 2020.
International consulting firm, KPMG, and legal firm, Maddocks, were commissioned by APIDT to advise on the design of the sale process, to assess tenders in line with the agreed criteria, and to manage the tender stages.
For more information on the tender process, please refer to the APIDT Address Space Request for Tenders Process document and the FAQ available on the APIDT website.
