APNIC is pleased to announce that the APNIC Executive Council has
appointed Mr Mao Wei of China Network Information Centre (CNNIC) to be
the representative of the APNIC region on the Number Resource
Organization (NRO) Number Council.
The term of this appointment is from 1 January to 31 December 2006.
The NRO Number Council performs the role of the Address Supporting
Organization Address Council (ASO AC). More information on the roles and
function of the NRO and ASO is available at:
