Dear colleagues

Version 1 of prop-112: "On demand expansion of IPv6 address allocation

size in legacy IPv6 space", did not reach consensus at the APNIC 39

Policy SIG and was abandoned.

Problem Statement:

IPv6 blocks reserved for subsequent delegations to Legacy holders

prior to the introduction of Sparse Allocation may remain

inaccessible and unused.
