With respect to registry services, you referenced the incumbents as discouraging
change, and that easily could be construed as a reference to ARIN. As such, I am
obligated to respond. If you were not referencing ARIN, then there is no issue.
With respect to forum, I am certain that ICANN, or IGF, or any number of other
of forums are available in which to hold such discussions. Feel free to choose
one and start discussing the various options and their merits.
