I quite like the way the forum is run - that people can come up with
proposals they think is an issue at the time. Makes policies flexible.

I agree and don't really have a problem about that :-)
I supported the idea of discussing what a reasonable IPv6 allocation
looks like so that we can be more focused on what we need/not need when
discussing indivisual proposals.
It seems that there are a couple of common issues that people have, so
it might be useful to clarify what it is.
I also felt it would be a good timing to review anything in the policy
today that is not really fitting with the reality of the operations,
plus there are some part the policy that causing confusions for
requestors because it was only partially changed, so I thought it might
be good to look into that.
My last e-mail may have sounded like I supported to define a centralized
policy framework or process but that really wasn't my intention.
