[sig-policy] Policy Proposals for APNIC 31

Hi all,
As you may have noticed, there are 15 policy proposals currently under
discussion in the APNIC region. To assist us manage the consensus
decision making process onsite at APNIC 31 in Hong Kong, we strongly
urge Policy SIG members to use this mailing list to conduct as much
discussion on the merits and disadvantages of the proposals before APNIC 31.
To help kickstart this, below is a list of all proposals, grouped by topic:
