Hi all,

As you may have noticed, there are 15 policy proposals currently under
discussion in the APNIC region. To assist us manage the consensus
decision making process onsite at APNIC 31 in Hong Kong, we strongly
urge Policy SIG members to use this mailing list to conduct as much
discussion on the merits and disadvantages of the proposals before APNIC 31.

To help kickstart this, below is a list of all proposals, grouped by topic:

IPv4 final /8 amendments
- ------------------------

    prop-085: Eligibility for critical infrastructure assignments from
              the final /8 [1]

    prop-093: Reducing the minimum delegation size for the final /8
              policy [1]

    prop-088: Distribution of IPv4 addresses once the final /8 period
              starts [2]

    prop-092: Distribution of space outside final /8 [2]

    prop-089: Additional criterion for final /8 allocations (and
              assignments)

    prop-091: Changing final /8 to final /9
