Fully agree. And in thinking about this I asked myself the question "what does APNIC have in its reserves?" I tried to find something on 'apstats' but there didn't seem anything obvious. Can someone point me to the list of unallocated and(or) reserved/reclaimed resources that APNIC and its NIRs have?
