I think we're really in violent agreement. I don't want us dorking with
ipv4 policy any more than we've already done and so where I talk about
'reinforce the need' I'm trying to express the view that the policy
says 'when we get to the last /8 the way ahead is clear - you can have
another /22 and that's it. Now get on with ipv6'
