Re: [sig-policy] prop-057: Proposal to change IPv6 initial allocationcri
criteria need to be loosen in someway. 200 assignments seems to be a barrier
for small downstream ISPs who want to approach IPv6 while their upstream
providers doesn't offer IPv6 address suballocation.
IPv6 is in promoted period and the policy should let everyone have chance to
approach new IP model.

Subject: [sig-policy] prop-057: Proposal to change IPv6 initial
allocationcriteria
Dear SIG members
APNIC 25 is now two weeks away and we have a record number of highly
complex policy proposals to discuss at the meeting.
To ensure that we are able to do justice to these proposals, we
strongly encourage you to have your say on this mailing list before
APNIC 25.
This will give proposal authors time to amend their proposals in
response to community feedback, if needed, before APNIC 25.
It also gives you time to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages
raised by others and may help you to come to an informed decision
about the proposal's merits.
Continuing discussion
---------------------
Here are some questions to help discussion continue:
- Do you support or oppose this proposal?
- Does this proposal solve a problem you are experiencing? If
so, tell the community about your situation.
- Do you see any disadvantages in this proposal?
- Is there anything in the proposal that is not clear?
- What changes could be made to this proposal to make it more
effective?
Full details of the proposal can be found at:
