To be open and transparent, we have been reporting our tiral progress
for 4 years.
I think you were there at the Policy SIG in the Fiji meeting,
and might remember that we reported that it was difficult to close
our trial as planned originally. And we received a positive comment
from the floor to extend our trial as in the minutes.

That is why, we proposed to extend our trial and put off the timing
of return of IPv4 space utilized for our tiral. But as we included
in our proposal, we will return the v4 space into the public domain
anyway. Also, we will start discussion about how to return the space
with APNIC.
Delay of returning makes any problem?
Are we still "disingenuous"? :-)
