Interesting bit of sarcasm here Randy, but that has been part
of the "Book" on you for years now. Also interesting you seem
to be still selective as to whom you apply you sarcastic remarks
to and/or about. Same old Randy I guess. None the less I agree
with your point here. Apnic has no interest in truly bottom
policy making... But it also seems all of there RIR's have been
taking that approach...
