EC - SIG Chairs meeting is scheduled just after NIR SIG at
Unity II, but NIR SIG is going long and will not be over by
17:30

I'm begging your tolarence to wait some while to start EC -
SIG Chairs meeting till NIR SIG finishes, I guess it will 
finish no later than 17:45.


Please feel free to have a seat at NIR SIG,  why don't you
take advantage to have a glance to that ;-) .
