Just a note to Chair/Co-Chair... Coop Sig session will be conflicting with APOPS.

I agree it would be great if we have a future-looking topic in cooperation-sig!
I wonder if we can have a great speaker! (not me)

For here, I feel obliged to provide an update as a Coordination Council member
of NMI.
I know that all proposals will not be accepted, and it's under the discretion of
Chairs.
