The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) has
convened an international process to formulate recommendations
on certain intellectual property issues associated with
Internet domain names, including dispute resolution. The
recommendations resulting from this WIPO Internet Domain Name
Process will be made available to the non-profit organization

through our web site: http://wipo2.wipo.int. We will use this
pre-registration information to establish an agenda, leaving
any time at the end for those who attend but have not
pre-registered to speak.
We have also the pleasure to inform you that the full
constituted panel of experts that has been appointed to assist
WIPO in the Internet Domain Name Process will be available
shortly on our web site. On the basis of the comments received
on WIPO RFC-1, and based also on the input from our experts, we
have prepared WIPO RFC-2, requesting comments on the substance
of the issues addressed by the WIPO Process. This document is
available on our web site.
