As you already well know Kim members of the Address council cannot JOIN they
must be elected. SO lets stop trying ot be stupid and act like and adult instead.

Jeeeeezzz Kim. Get a grip! You know full well that no one is proposing anything
like
these numbers you are suggesting here. You seem to be mearly attempting to avoid
answering the question and putting a specific spin on it that is neither there ore
implied.
Now either this is intentional, (Which I hope is not the case) or you have a reading
impairment and are making a WILD assumption that has never been suggested
at all in any form to date.
So to help you with this question. What is the problem that the RIR's in specific
ARIN have with having individuals or ISP's directly be included on the Address
council of between 5 to 7 members of the Address council? <------- This should
help you answer the original question that Patrick ask as it is restated in a more
exacting manner. Can you handle this question Kim? If not, can anyone form
any of the RIR's councils (INternal) handle answering this question? Or maybe
Jon Postel would care to take a stab at it? Jon?
