Notice of 2016 Annual General Meeting (AGM) at APNIC 41

The APNIC Executive Council (EC) invites you to attend the Annual
General Meeting (AGM) at APNIC 41 in Auckland, New Zealand.

    When:  Friday, 26 February 2016
    Time:  09:00 - 15:30 (UTC +13)
    Where: Room NZ 1, Level 5, Sky City Convention Centre, 88 Federal
           St, Auckland
    Chair: MAEMURA Akinori

The AGM is the forum for discussions about APNIC's operations and

2016 APNIC EC election
----------------------

APNIC Members who are attending the APNIC 41 AGM and have not voted
online for the EC election will be able to vote on site on Friday, 26
February 2016.

Corporate Contacts, Member contacts with voting rights, or appointed
proxy voters can collect ballot papers at the voting desk from 09:00 to
14:00 (UTC +13) on Friday, 26 February 2016.

Proxy appointment
-----------------

Members who cannot attend the meeting but still wish to vote, may
appoint a proxy by submitting a proxy appointment form to APNIC.

Proxy appointment opens on Thursday, 11 February 2016. Completed forms
must be received by APNIC, or completed using MyAPNIC, by 09:00
(UTC +13) on Wednesday, 24 February 2016.
