prop-069: Global policy proposal for the allocation of IPv4 blocks

Dear colleagues
The eight-week final comment period for the proposal 'Global policy
proposal for the allocation of IPv4 blocks to Regional Internet
Registries' ended. During the comment period there were two comments
posted and no objections raised to the proposal. The Chairs deem that
consensus has been maintained on the proposal.
Therefore we formally request the APNIC Executive Council to endorse
this proposal.
