tools to look at these unknown IP addresses. What makes me suspicious is
that these ip addresses comes from our old windows xp computers. The users
are browsing pages which are so familiar but maybe it works in the
background.
If you know these sites very well 87.106.1.0 - 87.106.13.0 their functions
if I block them what will be affected? Any idea?

I am having trouble understanding. Do you mean your your old windows
computers IP addresses are trying to contact the IP addresses in your
IP address list (above), or do you mean your old windows computers have
an address in the list you've given?
