Hi Skeeve,

Live streaming is usually provided although presentations and discussions will be in Japanese.

There may be tweets in English on volunteer basis at: https://twitter.com/janog_i18n.

There is also a plan to provide summary after the meeting in English which hopefully can give a general idea to non-Japanese speakers about the discussions at JANOG 34.
