Application for India NIR - Call for Comments

The APNIC EC has issued a Call for Comments on an Application for
Recognition as an NIR that has been received from the National Internet
Exchange of India.
The APNIC EC undertakes this process under the "Criteria for the
recognition of NIRs in the APNIC region" document and accordingly, in
the interests of openess and transparency, is publishing the
application and calling for public review and comment.
All comments are to be addressed to the Executive Secretary of the EC,
by email to:
exec-sec@apnic.net
Comments may be made publicly and discussed on the "apnic-talk" mailing
list at:
http://mailman.apnic.net/mailman/listinfo/apnic-talk
or confidentially if so requested by the submitter.
All comments must be received by the close of business, 30 November
2009.
