APNIC service maintenance

On Sunday 25 September, APNIC will transfer critical services to
a co-location facility to increase the robustness of APNIC
services to the community. During this time, some APNIC services
will be unavailable.

Hong Kong and Japan DNS nodes will remain available throughout
the transfer.
Mail servers will also operate normally.
