1. Meeting programme ------------------------------ The APNIC 18 programme offers a wide range of activities, including;

2. Call for Proposals ------------------------------ The deadline for proposals to be discussed at the APNIC 18 SIG meetings is 4 August 2004, only three weeks away. Anyone attending a SIG is welcome to submit a proposal. Detailed information is available at:

3. Meeting sponsorship ------------------------------ Some sponsorship opportunities are still available. In return for their support, sponsors will be presented with valuable opportunities to expose their organisation, products, and services to an international audience of Internet leaders. Prospective sponsors are encouraged to send expressions of interest as soon as possible to the APNIC Secretariat at meetings@apnic.net.

4. Accommodation ------------------------------ APNIC has arranged block hotel bookings, providing special discount rates for meeting delegates at Sheraton Resorts. Please make reservation as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. All enquiries about the hotel reservations should be made directly to the hotels. 5. Hostmaster consultations ------------------------------ Members will be able to meet with APNIC hostmasters during the meeting to discuss resource requests and registration issues. The hostmaster consultation timetable will be published on APNIC 18 meeting website shortly. Pre-registration for these sessions will also be available.
