Online voting for the APNIC By-laws resolutions and NRO NC election closes soon

Member online voting on the proposed amendments to the APNIC By-laws
and for the NRO NC election closes immediately before the start of the Special
Meeting of Members at 14:30 (UTC +9) on Thursday, 14 September 2023. No
voting will take place once the Special Meeting of Members has started and no
paper ballots will be issued. Please cast your votes online before the Special
Meeting of Members.
Voting process
--------------
The entire process is being conducted electronically on the BigPulse
platform. No ballot papers will be used.
To vote, login to MyAPNIC using two-factor authentication and click the
‘Vote Now’ link on the dashboard. This will give you access to the
BigPulse voting interface.

Only Corporate Contacts or Contacts with voting rights may vote online.
Proposed APNIC By-laws resolutions

To vote on a by-law resolution, select your chosen option for each resolution
and click ‘Submit’ to confirm your ballot submission. Please ensure you vote
on each individual resolution.

By-laws resolutions: Proxy appointment
The Corporate Contact of a Member organization may appoint a proxy to
vote on their behalf on the proposed by-law resolutions via MyAPNIC.
Proxy appointment has opened and closes on Tuesday, 12 September at
14:30 (UTC +9).
Please note, if a proxy is appointed, the Member's Corporate Contact will
lose the right to vote directly on the proposed by-law resolutions via
MyAPNIC.
Individuals who are appointed as proxies will receive email notification of
their appointment and will be able to vote via MyAPNIC on Thursday, 14
September 2023 from 09:30 to 14:30 (UTC +9).

NRO NC election
---------------
Each Member organization is entitled to cast one vote in the NRO NC
election using the BigPulse voting system. Online voting for APNIC
Members closes at 14:30 (UTC +9) on Thursday, 14 September 2023.
Conference attendees who meet eligibility requirements will be able
to vote in the NRO NC election via MyAPNIC on Thursday, 14
September from 09:30 to 14:30 (UTC +9).
