APNIC Helpdesk chat

Dear colleagues and friends,
We are pleased to announce APNIC Helpdesk chat, a new online chat
service is now available at the APNIC Secretariat.
This service allows you to chat online with APNIC Hostmasters in real
time. Hostmasters can offer assistance in completing resource request
forms or updating the APNIC Whois Database, or help resolve any other
issues you may have.
To access the service, select the APNIC Helpdesk chat logo on the APNIC
home page. A chat window will be launched, connecting you directly to an
APNIC Hostmaster, and your session will begin. When the session is
finished, you can print or email the transcript.
APNIC Helpdesk chat is open:
Monday - Friday
9:00 - 17:00 (UTC +10)
except Wednesdays, 14:30 - 15:30, and special events
