Dear All,
The Internet Society (ISOC) is inviting applications for its IETF
Attendance Support Program. The program allows technologists, engineers and
researchers to attend an Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) meeting in
region.
Further details on this program are as follows:
Based on recommendations from the Chapter Advisory Committee (ChAC) and
input from the Board of Trustees, ISOC will cover the IETF registration
fees for qualified ISOC members in the region where the IETF meeting is
held. The regions are considered as follows: The Americas, Europe/Africa
and Asia-Pacific/Middle East.
Up to 15 Individuals will be selected per meeting on a competitive
selection process, using mostly the same criteria as the Tech Fellows to
the IETF, which is available here:

The only exception is that individuals don't have to originate from
developing or emerging economies. The opportunity is open to all countries
within the specified region.
ISOC will ONLY cover the registration fees. All travel, including airfare,
accommodations, visa costs, mileage, etc. will be the responsibility of
selected candidates.
NOTE: For this application round, we will ONLY be accepting submissions
from individuals in the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions.
